The French Brasserie in Malthouse Lane, Melbourne is a very good French restaurant. I didn&#39;t know it was such a high-end restaurant before I came here, but fortunately I was dressed appropriately. The taste of each dish here is very exquisite, but the presentation of two dishes is a bit unsatisfactory. The waiters in the restaurant should all be French, and I couldn&#39;t understand their English. Wanshou Palace/Flower Drum, I have wanted to eat it for a long time~ 
The first dish is pearl meat, which is literally the meat wrapped in pearls in shells. The taste is very similar to chewier scallops, and it goes well with asparagus.
The second dish is shrimp meat rice rolls, which are so-so.
The third dish is four kinds of Hong Kong-style dim sum. After eating siu mai with rice inside, I don&rsquo;t think it&rsquo;s so delicious to eat meat inside.
The fourth dish is Peking duck. The manager said that the fat in the roast duck was specially cut out because Westerners don&rsquo;t like it. However, the exquisiteness of this dish lies in the special sauce that draws the duck shape, which is very interesting.
The fifth dish is crispy roast chicken. The skin on the outside is indeed very crispy and the meat inside is just tender.

我们当晚的招待卡米尔很好，她很照顾我们的需要，也很和蔼可亲。这里的食物很特别，这里的勃艮第牛肉是我在法国以外吃过的最好吃的。餐厅老板会让你感到非常温暖和舒适，他的员工继承并发扬了他的工作态度。

Our host for the evening, Camille, was wonderful, attentive to our needs and very gracious. The food was exceptional, the beef bourguignon was the best I have had outside of France. The owner makes you feel very warm and comfortable and his work ethic is carried on by his staff.
